Online Order Terms
The majority of orders placed will ship within one business day.
Credit cards will only be charged when your order is ready to be shipped. Credit cards are processed using Intuit Payment Processing.
E-Mail confirmations will be sent out when the order is placed.
An E-Mail notice will be issued if one of the following conditions occur.
- If the product you order is in back order.
- If the product can not be shipped by the next business day.
- If there is a problem with incorrect order data.
All shipment will be accompanied with the invoice as the packing list.
In most cases a Tracking Number will be printed on your invoice that is email to each customer. If for some reason the tracking number is not supplied, to request a tracking number for a shipment, please send us an E-Mail with your order number, name, and e-mail address. We will reply within one business day.
International orders – CANADA
– all shipments the terms are FOB. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes that are levied by their governments.
