Crap from China, But looks nice.

Hello Everyone,

We have talked about the competition we receive from products that are made in China, here is a picture of one of those products. I have tested this product thoroughly, the Blade is dull and is not Stainless Steel, the saw is also of poor quality compared to the Bosch blade that is in our HR300 and HR312 .  Actually if you were to take each saw blade and test it on skin it is a noticeable difference in sharpness.   The packaging is nice but the product is garbage… Yes, you do get both a knife and a saw in a neat little package – but what good is it if they can’t do the job they are needed for.   Just watching out for ya..  BUY American

  1. I agree, Derma Safe is the ONLY option. Just received mine and I am VERY pleased and will be EDCing this utility razor. They are top notch quality, and visually pleasing. Sharp, sharp, sharp!

  2. God Bless the American buyer and watch over the ignorant ones that do not know the difference in quality. Over 50 years in business, the consumer today does NOT engage their brain when they are buying something that their very life could depend on. Just because it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quack almost like and duck does not make it a duck. If it is cheaper than the original it is likely made by the knockoff kings that are destroying the very core of America.Wake up! Buy American. What is your miserable life worth?

  3. Yes, I made the mistake of buying (3) of these combo jobs and they stink! The blades are quite dull right out of the box.

  4. Worked for the federal government for 35 years and used these folding knives almost daily, they are small enough to reach hard objects to cut, they are as safe as can be for a razor knife that is razor sharp. I have had some at home that were years old and still cut reasonably good, but like shaver razors they do wear out with use, GREAT and handy product…..

  5. 1) The Derma-Safe I got from CountyComm is dangerously sharp and good. I wouldn’t EDC it because I’d fear it would open somehow and this blade c\would easily send you to the hospital. i wish there were a safety catch, perhaps. And yet I also wish it would open easier, e.g. one-handed. Otherwise this would replace my Gerber EAB for most uses.

    2) Why don’t you, Derma-Safe, come out with a combo blade? Steal their idea like they stole yours.

  6. Howdy! This is my 1st comment here so I just wanted to give a quick shout out and tell you I truly enjoy reading your blog posts. Can you suggest any other blogs/websites/forums that go over the same topics? Thank you so much!

  7. Howdy are using WordPress for your blog platform? I’m new to the blog world but I’m trying to get started and set up my own. Do you require any coding expertise to make your own blog? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
